Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2. Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for massage, acupuncture, and eligible services at participating Square Massage & Acupuncture locations.

3. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.

4. Any unused balance may be applied toward future purchases or services, subject to clinic policy.

5. Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption. Digital copies are accepted.

6. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers may not be replaced.

7. Bookings are subject to appointment availability. We recommend booking in advance.

8. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Square Massage & Acupuncture reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
